Onboard NIC not working

I have a ABIT NF7-S V2 motherboard and the onboard NIC stopped working all of a sudden. I keep getting Error Code 10 - This device cannot start

I've tried the lastest driver.
I've deleted it, but Windows XP will not even detect it on startup so I have to manually install it. But still no luck.

Any other ideas?
 
Check your system BIOS. If that isn't it and Windows isn't picking it up plug and play installing it manually isn't the answer. NIC's are 10 bucks though so you shouldn't be out much as long as you have an open PCI slot.
