Onboard Gigabit Ethernet keeps dropping to 100Mbps...

My gaming desktop onboard gigabit ethernet keeps dropping to 100mbps speeds. If I reboot it tends to run back at gigabit speeds, but after a little use it drops back to 100mbps. I know it's not my switch or my router because all other machines connected to the same switch and router maintain gigabit.

Running Windows 7 Pro x64, updated drivers, yadda yadda.

I may just throw in a PCI gigabit card and be done with it, but thought I'd see if there's anything else I can do. Thanks.
