Onboard display output to Thunderbolt Display?

Hey folks

I've decided to build a FreeNAS server to replace my 4TB (2.5TB usable) NAS that's several years old and on its last legs. I was going to buy a Synology 1813+, but since I have some hardware already, decided to save some money by building my own.

My main computer is a Thunderbolt-based iMac. I have a Macbook Pro for work. I'd love to use the iMac display as the monitor for my NAS server when I need to configure everything. I will run the NAS server headless once it's all setup, and I don't want to buy a separate monitor just for that purpose.

I have a leftover E6400 CPU that I'd love to use, but I'm OK with going with a brand new build if no motherboard supports Socket 775 and has thunderbolt output (who am I kidding it probably doesn't).

With all that said, does anyone know of a motherboard (preferably full-size ATX) that has a Thunderbolt port that will work with an Apple Thunderbolt Display?

If you don't need the data capabilities of thunderbolt you should just be able to use a displayport or mini displayport to run video to your monitor. This is far more common (and less expensive) than a motherboard with thunderbolt.
