When a torrent descriptor file is originally made in China, does bitorrent share that file with some default trackers? When you make a torrent file, how do you specify a tracker? Can you use the ip of piratebay or whatever and upload the the torrent file there? Theoretically, a chinese file and torrent could be listed on an Irish tracker. So if someone in Mongolia wanted that file how could he find it if he could not get onto the Irish tracker? If DHT is turned on, how does that chinese bitorrent client get discovered by the Mongolian? Does the Mongolian bitorrent client do a google search? (haha)
