Just like pissing in the shower allows for efficiency, while I shampoo my hair I use 1 hand and the other I use to brush my teeth. Yes I actually have a friggn toothbrush and toothpaste sitting on the built in sitting area of my shower... Hell you can even shave in the shower all at the same time.
 
wow - your showers must take forever with all that showering, peeing, brushing, shaving and wanking.
 
I'm one of those giddy morning people so I have no problems waking up early enough to take a shower and brush teeth seperately.

Most of the time is spent waking up in the shower really. I stand there until I'm awake enough to wash my hair/brush teeth.

Actually I shower both night and day. Night is really my official shower with soap and shampoo. I believe in a clean smelling bed. I shower in the morning mostly to wake up. I just do some non soap rinsing of hair or whatever... I'm clean enough =P

And no, I dont actually shave in the shower.. but I think I tried once.
