Is it just me, or has goatse been edited/parodied so much that a google image search doesn't return much anywhere within the 5 pages anymore?

That being said, I don't think I knew what the "original" one looked like even.
 
Do a search for "fisting" if you really must fill your mind with that putrid crap. You'll get a nice tutorial of how people start doing such off the wall things....
