A call up their #, listed as (800) 776-6843 or sometrhing like that. So I call it. Some dude answers and says it's his cell phone. SO, I call 1-800, etc., etc. It works. I wait and wait and wait.

Some dude answers who sounds WAY skyed-up and is like "Woah man, you be like wanting just regular Support...I'll like transfer ya, duuuuuuude..." and then probably fell over.

I have been waiting since then for about 10 mintues...

I'll have my LCD monitor in no time.

I had to RMA a 19 inch monitor with them once. The thing just caught fire for no reason. They fixed it just fine, but shipping on a sucker that big is killer, Ohio to California, wow! I bet everything goes just fine.
