I had to call Cingular every month for 6 months just to get them to send me a paper bill.

That's why I dropped them and went with Verizon.

dont worry, it took me 1 hour for them to figure out how to reset my voice mail password

I'll be looking into other gsm services..

tmobile is the other one ?

I never had a problem with Cingular's customer service. I usually call in the late afternoon and never have a problem getting to a CSR in less tahn 5 minutes.
