Well after troubles I've been having with the HIS 7970 IceQ model I ordered, HIS wanted me to ship the card to California, where it would be shipped to China, tested there, and then replacement sent back to California. I then would get it sent to me in PA.
I finally got a hold of someone at Newegg explained the whole situation, gave them the HIS ticket number. They are issuing me a Refund without a restocking fee and gave me a shipping label too.
So now, as I will be returning this tomorrow, which 7970 should I go for preferably cool aftermarket and one that does not exhibit such crazy coil whine.
I would also like to spend the same price and CS should be reputable too in case any other issues.
Any of you have the 7970Ghz Vapor X any noise issues?
