Can the naming of these things get any more confusing?

funny....the Asus P4T-533c is still on top in benchmarks of all these fancy, loaded new intel boards

That will soon change with Granite Bay. All the 845D/E/G/PE boards are single channel DDR. Not a whole lot of difference between them.

oldfart, u really think GB will be on top in performance over hyperthreading i850e w/PC-1066? They will have the same bandwidth but shouldn't DCDDR have greater latency?

Dont really know. I'm waiting for the reviews. Hyperthreading is available on both platforms. It will be interesting to see.
