On the fly oc'ing

Have a new Soyo KT400 dragon platinum; but all oc features have to be
done in the bios. I really miss the fuzzy logic my msi board had.
Can I use it with this board?; or is there another third party interface
that would allow for some shifting on the fly?
 
I don't think so but there might be... I don't really like OC programs at all anyway. It doesn't make a difference though, you will get the same OC.
