/dcc send blah blahb lah is the standard.
There are 3 or more ways to transfer files. This all used to work fine in win95,98,
1. One way is you drag the files (plural as many as you like) into the chat window and drop them and they all teransfer. and this is by far the best and it is now so damn fickle for now...
2. Another is to select it from a menu, then selsct the file and transfer (if you select more than one often oinly the first one goes and you need to repeat this for each file.
3. Another is to type /Dcc send name of nick name/path of file, and I never tried doing this in batch of files, so it is one by one.
4. and there is a 4th similar to the menu but in icon form just below the menu you select dcc send.
What I want to do is fix the drag and drop so it works all the time, it will work actually with some files in one folder but will not with other files in a different folder.
If anyone fixed this please let me know what you did? I am not new to MIRC been at it 10 years...
