So I have been on hold with microsoft for the last half hour, I talked to a guy for literally a minute and he says "Let me check something"

I haven't heard from him or anyone since, should I hang up and call back or keep waiting?
 
No stay on the phone, and make sure that when he comes back on you're in the middle of a screaming tirade about how you're tired of not being respected and that one day {insert name of MS rep} will pay.
