I hate waiting on hold for customer service or any type of phone call. Recently, I was on hold with a company for over an hour before I finally hung up. Thankfully I have a phone by my computer that has a speaker phone function that allowed me to post on ATOT while I waited.

My battery died waiting on Charter Com one time. Worst. Service. Department. Ever.

They are just peachy now that I have the top grade of every service they provide but the Techs that actually work on the equipment I have get off work at 5 so when ondemand cr@ps out around 9ish I have to go through 20mins of automated BS to even get to a person who then tells me they are not qualified to help me and to call back between 8 and 5. :| CHARTER CAN DI@F!
