on EBAY should you charge taxes?

should i be charging tax on products i sell on Ebay? the reason i ask is i see people doing it. What do they do with the money they collect, mail it into the IRS?!

Or is it like buying stuff at a yard sale?

Yard sale, I think it would be just businesses, and also depending on the state, if you need to charge ST.

looks like retailers/resellers charge tax in-state, and are supposed to report it during tax-time
