... how do I set it to disconnect my modem when the other client PC is done surfing (i.e. after having closed all internet applications such as IE and Outlook)?

Or is there no other way than to set a short value for "Idle time before hangup"? It'll definitely cost me a bomb in phone bills if someone decides to check mail for a few minutes, and then my modem connection will be running until I disconnect it on my PC myself....
