Some background on this video:
My college sort of an oasis in a ghetto. This side of town was a really nice place when the Uni was founded, but since then it's gone to crap around us. Many of the immediate local residents are dealers/welfare/dropouts/gangstas/failure at life etc. As such, bikes get stolen on campus and weird things happen occasionally. Last semester a guard flipped the security vehicle(a Ridgeline) while chasing some bike thieves through a field. Later some students were down at blockbuster(walking distance) when some whacko tried to hold up the place and took their wallets. The semester before, some random guy in a red SUV rolled onto campus and abducted a student(this ended up fine and wasn't a big of a deal as it sounds).
Most recently, some creep from off-campus entered a girl's dorm at 1AM through a door that was propped open and wandered around, eventually ending up sitting on some girl's bed, touching her hair and stuff. He left and security asked him to leave when they saw him wandering around before they found out what had happened.
Long story short, the security here has a hard time coping with the ghetto that surrounds campus and lots of students give them crap about it, both the stuff that they can do something about and otherwise. Anyway, not to long ago some joker makes this video and sends it to everyone on campus in an email thinly disguised as official. It's been the talk of the campus and is darn hilarious if you know what's happened:
