on board video - Intel?

I'm building a system that will consist of a P4 prescott 3.2ghz processor for a loved one. I know that they don't need a high end video card, so what is a good motherboard (model) that has a lot of basic features, with HT enabled, and a good on board video card. Price isn't really an issue, but I don't want to spend more than $150 on it. Is intel motherboards the way to go for this type of application?

if you are getting that kind of cpu why dont u get a agp -PCIe low end video card?, 9200se - x300se the onboard video is going to use your ram and use ur cpu power too, i wouldnt recommend onboard for any decent pc, they can be as low as 40-60 ( http://www.newegg.com/app/View...=14-102-390&depa=1 ) us and its a very good investment

that mobo is 478, and i think his cpu is lga 775, rigth?
