On Board Sound for Asus P6T7 or X-Fi Titanium "Fatality"?

Guys,

I don't use my Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi (the non-PCI-E version) because there are no PCI slots on my Asus P6T7.

The sound seems to be pretty good since I'm using the on-board sound only. I have a 2.1 Channel Speaker System by Altec Lansing so it's not crazy.

Do you guys recommend I get the PCI-E X-Fi Titanium sound card?

There are a lot of reviews about how the drivers for that card suck for Win7 x64.

Many other reviews are great for the card.

I play games, edit photos, videos, and do some basic 3D-modeling on my PC. I usually do NOT watch movies on my PC as I have TV for that.

What's your advice regarding this?

Thanks in advance.

Bottom line is, unless you're an audiophile (you're not), stick with on board sound and save yourself some money.
