On Board Graphics AMD vs Intel

I am looking into purchasibg an mobo w/on board graphics and am wondering which would be better : AMD Gforce 6150/430 , Intel G945G or Intel G965G? Any brands better than others? The CPU w/be eighter AMD x2 3800 or Conroe E6300. Any input would be appreciated.
 
I would go for a conroe motherboard, but as far as which onboard graphics is better it doesn't really matter. Any will be good enough if you're not going to be running anything that needs a lot of graphics.
