On-board ethernet card problem

Windows won't pick up the driver's and I've downloaded them directly from the A-BIT website. I've tried everything, and I've updated all the other mobo drivers that have updates, and yet it's still not working. I've rebooted, I've reset the router, I've reset the modem, I've uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them, I've done everything. Can anyone help me out? The router isn't picking up the computer nor is Windows picking up the driver. Guess this could be posted in Networking but it's the mobo I think, not the router.

Mobo is IS7-E by A-BIT

Yeah, problem was that on the site they had the wrong driver listed for the mobo. They had a Realtek instead of 3com, and apparently since this is an older version of the model it has a 3com.
