On a terrible diet: Hotdogs and Iced Tea...

Yeah, I've been living on this for quite sometime now. There's never anything else to eat so this is my lunch and dinner. I guess it's better than pizza and a soft drink.

There's no way that hotdogs are better for you than pizza.

The Iced Tea is better than a soft drink, though.

speaking of hotdogs..picked one up via the local street meat vendor..proceeded to get very sick a couple hours later..either it was undercooked or bad meat

College life?

If not, I really don't see a point in torturing yourself with just hotdogs and iced tea.

Get off your ass and get to a local supermarket, now.

Even if you are in college, you shouldn't be eating the same foods every day, especially hot dogs and iced tea.

Pizza and tea is actually semi healthy if made right, the big problem with pizza is the cheap cheese they use.

Hotdogs are terrible nutrition, even the all beef, low fat ones. You will need to add calcium and a multivitamin at least and even then you may wake up one day with an irreversible health problem.

Having a couple stouffers french bread pizzas post-workout is actually almost the perfect thing to do (assuming a real workout).

eh, iced tea can have the same if not more sugar than a soft drink. So really, it depends.

no sugar in iced tea at my house.. no saccharine, nutrasweet or splenda in it either!

I was assuming that he meant a bottle of Nestea or something similar. Plus I said that it COULD have the same amt of sugar 😀

Hot dogs are usually precooked and hard to spoil, however they possibly could. It's the water is was in more than likely, same happens with salads alot, people get sick from the water they used to clean the vegetables. The problem is the restaurant workers/vendors are too lazy to change the water like they should and it gets contaminated.
