In California, you're able to take it 3 times at the DMV... all you have to do is be able to pass (miss no more than 8 questions I believe it was) is to get 32/40 (?) once out of 3 tries... you can basically remember the questions from the tests w/ the practices. I bet that anybody w/ an average mind capacity can memorize the answers 15 minutes before the exam... quickly run in, and rejot everything they've learned 15 minutes earlier - it's that easy in California............
I guess that's why we have so many maniacs and reckless drivers on the road??
