The GLHS was actually a pretty peppy car.

I dunno if the article mentions it: GLHS = Goes Like Hell Shelbyized. Or so the rumor says...

I remember those cars. There was a big writeup on the Omni GLHS in one of the first car magazines I bought so many years ago. They did go like hell. It was the ultimate sleeper at the time.
