It's good actually. Don't listen to the naysayers, it's just nowhere near authentic. Makes a decent lunch deal if you're in a hurry, but otherwise any locally-owned authentic Chinese place would be about the same price for a lunch and a lot better.
Spicy Panda Express is not though. Not even close. Very mild.

When I order from a Chinese restaurant, I expect to have to ask the cook to repeat himself at least three times whenever he says something, otherwise it ain't authentic.

Have you ever been to Panda Express? None of them speak english, either. :p

Exactly. They speak Spanish at the one near my work. :p

If the meal does not conclude with a happy ending, then it's not authentic Chinese place.

If you think Panda Express' Kung Pao chicken is spicy?well, you don't really know what spicy is. Unless you're grinding multiple of those dark peppers into a paste with your molars I'd say that dish is mild to medium heat at best.

If you ever get constipated, go there and get the chow mein and a double order of orange chicken. Then put a little chili sauce on your noodles. You'll be empty in about 30 minutes.
