I've seen it firsthand quite a bit, stupid yes (and it's not uncommon for people to break their earlobes that way) but I'm desensitized, no more "EEK" factor for me 😛

What he said. I will say that's not something I've seen before, though I have seen guys with close to 0 gauge earlobe piercings before.

Not in offices, but there are a great many fields of work where it doesn't much matter. Oh and I never miss an opportunity to link this guy, so um.. I linked him. There you go.
 
While I may not agree with all of them, the ear thing seems pretty handy.

You could get both ears done and carry extra beers in them. Save lots of trips to the fridge during a party.

i have my neck pierced...the pain is kind of a rush, its a fun thing to do sometimes...plus its hidden it so working with it is not a problem at all..
 
Someone needs to post a picture of the guy who has made himself look like a tiger (tattoo stripes, teeth filed to sharp points, surgically inserted nylon whiskers, etc.). I can't find the picture myself and I'm too lazy to look further.

Pretty fvcked up ... but whatever, it's their body.

WTH did that guy in the 2nd pic do to his forehead though? I've never seen anything quite like that.

And the guy in the 2nd to last pic doesn't even really look human anymore.
