OMGOMG! Is this real!?!

I was inspired by the Hot or Not thread, so I just decided to spend a few minutes rating people. Then, I came across her.

JESUS?! I know they're not real, but I'm wondering if it's Photoshopped, or if that's a real picture. That's just disgusting!! She has to lean over because they're so heavy!
