$19.90 with PayPal to unlock a cellphone my gf brought from ASia. I paid them on SUNDAY and their estimated service is 72 hours for a samsung phone.

It is FRIDAY and I did not get reply from them. NADDA. I e-mailed their customer service and tech support, no reply. WTF!

What should I do now?

No, I didn't mail them the phone. All they want is the phone's IMEI Code and they will send me the unlock code.
