EDIT: Woo-hoo. That guy needs to hit up the dermatologist and YOU need to chill out. Rotten.com has stuff that's 100 times worse than that AND *gasp* it's PUBLIC! TEH NOOOOES! :roll:
 
it is just some dudes hip with some skin problem, like giant zitts or boils or something
