Damn. I was on ESPN scoreboard, and saw it was 88-87 Clemson with 5 seconds to go in overtime.

I flip to meebo to continue a chat for a bit, and when I flip back, I see 90-88 UNC game over. :Q

So what happened? 3 pointer or 2 and-one?

No sheezee. Well props to Clemson, taking #1 to the wire will fare well when it comes time for tourney selection.

Wouldn't be our first loss in Little John, but damn my boy Ellington definitely came through with that 3! I was mortified when it went into OT, because I had flashbacks of another game at LJA...back in 2001...when we were ranked #1 and got beat by Clemson.

Well he could drive inside and take hard fouls all day, or he can let the rest of our stellar offense show their worth and just play D. He had a pretty good day off the boards.

I don't understand how the refs allow him to stick his elbows into everyone's faces and get away with it. We'll see how this is welcomed in the NBA..and don't give me the Shaq comparisons.
