"Built to withstand a 1 MEGATON blast within 3,000 feet and survive!"
what more do u need?...i can become Dr.Evil and launch my penis spaceship from there.
If u have the money, this is an awesome investment. Buy it then rent space out to folks so they
have some place to go to in event of disaster, nuclear holocaust...etc. Make your dough back
in a few years...

I can build my fvcking city down there!! ....drool~~~....

...paved roads, water well, 5 storeys, powersupply, temp55...awesomeness.
only 4mil...i can see soo many peeps who would be interested in this.

WTF why put it on eBay? I don't understand why a real estate agent couldn't do the same thing. At least with an agent you wouldn't get the inevitable joke bids.

If I was stinking loaded I would indeed buy one of these old nuke bunkers or make one myself. How cool would that be. You know with CERTAINTY that nobody will be breaking into your house when they have to blast through 5 inches of steel.

Real estate agents take at least 7%.

Is this being offered by the same guy who had over a million feet of fiber optic cable and a military jet for sale?

Cool 🙂, I would definately pimp one of these.

But.... aren't todays Nukes MUCH MORE powerful than 1 megaton? I wouldn't be worried about a nuclear fallout, as its obvious this is much better than a regular house for withstanding nuclear blasts, but I don't think this would be my first choice as a safe haven in a fallout.

Generally smaller weapons are prefered since they are much more accurate then they used to be.

The complex would be an excellent choice for shielding form fallout. The whole place is self-contained.

i read about a couple in KS that bought a defunct missile silo for like $10,000.
granted the spent considerably more fixing it up and making it liveable.
but crap, that would be a sweet place to live.
wish i had that kind of money.
