DSLR has STOLEN Team AnandTech Mascot!!! we must have vengence, we MUST defend the honor and reputation of AnandTech of being THE BEST! Please PLEASE help us out, and join SETI even if its just for 2 months. WE CANNOT ALLOW THEM TO BEAT US!

after a night (and day) of sleep, I woke to rise to find I had

here it is in plain english (I hope) the Problem, The mystery, and what we know.
Team DSLR Challenged Team AnandTech to a race in SETI@HOME to see who could work the most WorkUnits in 2 months. They currently have a slight edge on us, and MAY pass us soon. the race blocks are counted sepretly so no worries even if they are infront of us (HAHAHA) we can still win the race. currently they are behind us in the SETI stats.
Yesterday a member of our Team (*me) sent them a ransom letter as a joke. saying that I had taken their mascot and would not return it unless they quit the race. (this was all in good fun) what infact happened is that I had taken their mascot for a day of fun in the sun.
their reaction was to kidnap our mascot, a cute little lazy primate by the name of Mr.Scratches Way To Much. we have yet to find him nor do we know who has him and where. this is the mistery this is what must be solved.
a small group of our team will lead the effort to find Mr.Scratches Way To Much, and leads to evidence, but we need you. we need to increase our SETI computing power to throw them off enough so they won't hide their tracks and keep them ocupide. wile we decern the evidence.
we beg for your help, and that you and your brain power can help us to find Mr.Scratches Way To Much, as well as any other mistery that may pop up along the way.
you may ask yourself "what do I need to do this?" well if your reading this, you most likely already have all you need. a computer.
we will spill more evidence when we recive it but also keep your eyes out for stuff we may miss as its sure to happen...
