I got an E-mail from one of my old coworkers about how one of our newest employees did in his job . . .
They hired a guy for the gig and he didn't last two weeks. The strikes against him included tardiness (up to 2 hours late during his first week!), disappearing, sleeping on the job and (saving the most dramatic for last) driving his plant "buggy" through wet cement and later driving it into a wall. Now we have "Ivan the Terrible"
who--according to Ivan--is smarter than all of the rest of us including the field engineers. (Ah... the rest of us should be so lucky!)
