Uhhh, they are not talking about the Capitol Building, but rather a separate building where the offices of several senators are located, among them Senator Daschle and his staff.

i was worried about civilian deaths in afghanistan before this, but now, burn them all. They need to allow napalm to be used again. If you arent burned by the fire, you will suffocate from the lack of oxygen when the fire burns.

What I don't get is the targets that have been chosen. You'd think they would go after someone like Lieberman before targeting Daschle.

Daschle is the Senate majority leader. Why would they go after another person?

Well, one good thing is if they expose all of us to anthrax, we'll come away from it have a certain level of immunity. ;)

I couldn't agree more, if they had just kept quiet it wouldn't be too long before people would grow weary of constatnly hearing about Bin Laden. This way they keep pissing us off and that means everybody is scared and we all want them to die. :|

Smooth move, Bin Laden.

One question, when they release that taped message from Bin Laden promising a strike on the heart of America, does anybody think that was a coded message to let the Anthrax fly? What are the postmark dates on these letters?

Hey, the terrorists stopped behaving rationally a LONG time ago. This will also stregthen the international coalition, or at least stop any erosion of consensus.

Biological warfare will NOT make you any friends.

I wonder if the person sending the Anthrax really is Al Qaeda related or is just some sick f*ck wanting to cause panic in some people in the wake of the terrorist incident. My thinking is that 1) these letters (I think) were written in English and 2) were sent to nonconventional places.

My opinion is that the current spread of Anthrax is related to an organization.

Reasoning?

1. Thus far, goverment offices and media have been the primary targets.

2. Although speculative at the moment, reports have surfaced stating that the Anthrax strain received by Sen Daschle's office is of a "professional grade". Possibly produced by an entity outside the USA.

I really don't think it's a sicko. Although it may be possible.

i think it's pretty obvious now that it's bin laden related.
i highly doubt a single (or even a couple) would have the balls nor the resources to carry this out.
beginning to think those FBI warnings of retaliation are somehow related to these anthrax cases... bastards... :|

i would also like to add that they are succeeding in what they are attempting to do.
put the US (as well as the world) in a huge panic... :|

i fear this is only the small beginning of their "master" plan...

I the true number of folks that might test positive for Anthrax you would absolutely freak!

It is common in animals and anyone that has ever had contact with livestock has a good chance of testing positive.

Testing positive does not mean you 'Have Anthrax.' You may have been exposed 30 years ago and a test will be positive.

I'm not saying this is what might be the case with the story, but let's not panic!

Btw, I had no idea how hard it would be to type with a gass mask on....

msnbc just stated that 31 is probably a high number of those who tested positive.... due to errors however they may occur
