In the ad I just saw, they are asking if you"ve suffered vision loss from taking Viagra. My bet would be that most of the older men, were well on their way to vision loss before taking Viagra. Looks like the scumsucking bottom dwellers have found a new level. :Q

Perhaps the buttweasels had a falling out over who's turn it was to use the Viagra during their happier days, so to speak? Just a theory. But that would give them a tie in to your OP. Again, just a theory. . .

Hehe. . .I aim to please. But why are you drinking soda at 6:30AM? At the very least I recommend a Mimosa, maybe a Bloody Mary.

Actually,. sex raises blood pressure which can cause capilarries in your eyes to burst. it has nothing to do with Viagra. And everything to do with sex.

Even if it is not, the actions of the lawyers are unethical.

how exactly are they unethical?

Their actions encourage people to sue over near anything. They don't care about the individual, they just want as many people in on their lawsuits as possible.

i see ambulance chaser all over this one

because...?
because vision loss is listed as a possible side effect

A small number of patients have lost eyesight in one eye after taking Viagra. This type of vision loss is called non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). NAION causes a sudden loss of eyesight because blood flow is blocked to the optic nerve. It is not clear at this time if Viagra causes NAION. NAION also happens in patients who do not take this medicine. People who have a higher chance for NAION include those who:
· have heart disease;
· are over 50 years old;
· have diabetes;
· have high blood pressure;
· have high cholesterol;
· smoke; or
· have certain eye problems.

and how many of those that experience vision loss were in the listed high risk group to begin with?

i've not seen this ad, so i'll just say that from what has been posted, it's not clear that they are referring to NAION, and even if they are, that at the time the people bought viagra this warning was on the bottle. and i have no clue how many that experienced vision loss were listed in the high risk group, but i don't think it's right to just guess that a lot would be and assume that their vision loss was not accelerated and assume the suit has no merit.
