axis duplications aren't *that* uncommon in amphibians and fish... one in a couple thousand or so. it'll probably survive a week or so, at which point the lack of functioning cardiocascular system will pretty much keeeeel it. take lots of pics for posterity's sake :) (i'm doing my PhD thesis on zebrafish development)

incidentally, the video showed up bright purple and blotchy on my vid player. damn, i hate jacking with xvid and other codecs. :|
