Wow...thats a nice free agent sign...rumor is they are gonna put him in the free safety spot or as a nickel corner

There is no way he can play cover or shutdown corner anymore, he is too slow now. I could also see him playing nickel corner covering the other teams' 3 best receiver, that sounds about like it actually. However safety maybe good for him as he is smart on the field and knows how to get position.

I think before he blew his knee in 1998 he was a pretty good corner not Pro-Bowl Calibur but slightly below it. After 1998 he just didnt have the speed anymore :(.

I do think he can make the transition from corner to safety given he played that position in college. I do think he musta been good at some point in his career to make the initial jump from college safety to cornerback.

I think he'll be a slightly above average safety. If anyone gets behind him, its a TD.

That guy is slower than an turtle stuck in a tar pit. I love watching him get burned for a big TD! :)

Safety or Nickel Corner is about all he can play anymore...provided he can even stay healthy.

Jason Sehorn is pretty good in Madden 2003. I don't know if he's acuatlly that good. I just hope when the niners play the rams, he gets burnt.

He's overrated. He was good before he blew out his knee in the preseason returning a kickoff against the Jets, but he's awful at corner now. Remember him getting burned in the Super Bowl against the Ravens? It was getting pretty ugly. Hopefully he'll be better as a safety, but I wouldn't bet on it. Incidentally, does anyone know if there is another white corner in the league? I honestly can't think of one besides him.

Big time Giants fan here. Sehorn is done as starter. He's slow and has trouble reacting in coverage. At best he's a nickle cover guy. Bad signing IMO.

i think he can play saftey.. he's a smart player... even though for some reason i have this hatred for him.. anyway.. he's a smart player.. can't hang as cb anymore, but i think he'll be decent at saftey or in nickel situations

i think he'll make a good conversion to safety.

mb he can bulk up a bit and go in as weak side linebacker. :)

he'd be a bit small, but size isnt' everything. look at mike singletary.

he hasn't had the speed, but he's gotten quite a few crucial Interceptions.

He's still a football player. he'll contribute.
