and no its made with skim milk...so I can keep it for 2 weeks max...just like a jug of milk in the fridge

a simple recipie...melt choclate substitute and sugar alchohols in a pot...stir in skim milk slowly over an hour....let cool to room temp....whip like hell

Pudding with any milk will last at least a week in the fridge, just make sure you keep a plastic wrap right on top of the pudding (touching it) so you don't get a skin.
