I'm calling chase, trying to resolve a problem with my account so they transfered my call to a support center in india. And the girl is clueless. I've been on the phone for 10 minutes, trying to explain that there's a balance on my old (now closed) account and I want to find where it came from. Well, she cannot understand that.... Ugh, so now I'm on hold....

P.S. 30 minutes later, having yelled at her multiple times she transfered me to the supervisor. He seemed to know what he was doing (and he spoke english much better) - so he fixed the problem.... Ugh....
