Ok, I need to get an air conditioner. It's 8pm and my tivo's just shut themselves down for thermal protection. Is it just California that's sweating to the oldies?

In spite of repeated calls to the landlords, they never seemed able to fix it to work perfectly well. And even in decent areas, not all apartments have ACs. Remember it's CA, so the urge to have ACs in every decent apartment is absent, since we don't make it in the list of sweaty states or cities.

I can't be as dressy as the East Coasters during Winter. So I must take the hot summer, so I can wear what I really like. I have the great luxury of functioning ACs now.
