Personally, I can survive comfortably in any temperature between -25 degrees C to +25 degress C

Anything else...then it gets a bit less tolerable.

I put up with -40 actual and -100 wind chill in Rapid City, SD back in 1986. I survived but don't want to do it again. It was a dry cold, but -40 IS -40 and darn cold.
