OMG! Interview today!

I've been working here as a contractor for like 5 months. Today they asked me to come in for an interview! I'm not prepped!!! Heck, I'm wearing jeans and a wrinkled flannel shirt (we're casual here)...

Arrrgghhh... Stressout time. 😕

Don't stress, they asked you, you didn't ask them. They know what they're getting. They probably want to discuss availability and salary more than anything. After 5 months of contracting, they already know what you can do, you no longer need to sell yourself. Just be relaxed, even make a joke about your attire, it will make you and them more relaxed.

edit for spelling

Hope it goes well...if the work attire is casual, they shouldn't have a problem with what you're wearing for the impromptu interview

Ok, just got back... I'm sweating bullets! I couldn't remember a simple modem check! (Query the modem to see if it's talking to the machine). Arrrggghhhhhh!!!!!

I've got like 8 years experience, but it's been nearly 2 years since I did general troubleshooting. Sigh.

Now they're talking Level 1 (read: Pimply Faced Geek). Grrrr....
