OMG IM BACK, Quit WoW last night

This is just one more reason why I don't play WoW. It may be an awesome game but in some respects it is too awesome.

Finally! Enjoy life now without WoW! I quit more than a year ago and I'm not looking back! Life > WoW, TRUST me. WoW is the biggest waste of time invented since the square wheel... :laugh:
 
I used to play a ton, would suffer in RL to make raid days/hours, etc. Pretty "hardcore" guild I guess, now the top guild on the server for raiding, with a couple Grand Marshals (Maydie is in my guild, he actually has two Grand Marshals now).

Halfway through Naxx I just burnt out- I rolled horde on a different server and just pvp now with RL friends. Its more relaxing, less time-demanding, though probably just as time consuming. Its just that during raids you're pretty much committed for 5 solid hours. For pvp, I can always sit out a game or two, log in when i feel like, log out when i feel like, take dinner breaks, etc. Starting to feel bored though... lvl 39, exalted with WSG, revered with AB, and i'm at the honor cap for the level (44.31% rank 5). Have to wait for some friends to level up to 39 and mess around some before we can move on though -_-.

Edit: holy crap someone take this game away from me.
 
yea seriously you people are pathetic and must have nothing else going on in your lives to play some video game for more than 2-3 hrs a day. losers

I played it for a few months. I couldn't get into it, but I played to level 60 with my friends. I figured it was a phase and that we'd go back to entertaining games soon enough. We didn't. I quit a couple of months ago and they keep having interventions to get me back in. Just two days ago they all got me to go to lunch and kept asking me why I'm not playing.

Kind of scary. I can't even stand watching someone play it now. It just sucks that much.

Also, the WoW forums make ATOT look like the debate club at Oxford University.
 
i just started WoW recently there's some brazilian servers that run a hacked version and its free... so laggy though... its fun but i can't really see myself getting sucked in... i just do a lot of single player stuff mostly
