At the turn of my millenial post, I've come to a realization that 2000 posts is really damn crazy. The funny thing is, however, most of my post count comes from recently, since my first few months here were mainly spent lurking. I would like to officially challenge Russ and NFS4 to a race to 500,000 posts, not Paulson or Mday, however, since they'd probably win.
In order to ensure that I don't post here for at least another 6 hours, I'll add as much crap as possible into this one.
1) Is anyone else disgusted by the obsession people have over PS2?
2) I'm 16, and know quite a bit about computers and want a job. Do you recommend I get some certification, and if so, how would you recommend going about it?
3) What's a good way to get into the computer industry (either programming, networking, or otherwise, I love it all)?
4) Why did we change from #neochat to #anandtech on relicnet?
5) Does the AIM chat room still exist, and if so, what's the name of it?
6) Why do people post pictures of asian women when talking about Windogg? And why don't they do it about Adul?
7) Does anyone have the Efficient 3060 DSL modem, and if so, do you know where to get drivers for Win2k? (this belongs in GH or Tech support, but I don't want to split this post up)
8) Should I (and everyone else) start combining their useless thoughts and questions into 1 single post to save space?
9) Does it annoy other people when people put "Poll:" on threads which don't have polls?
10) Do you think cutting school to see the Yankee parade is bad? Does anyone have a clip of the interview when Giuliani somewhat encouraged it? Will anyone else (from the forums) be there? If so, I'll be prolly near Fulton+Park row or Bway+John Street (don't ask, these aren't my instructions, I don't know the area well).
11) Are you a mets fan? Will you be going to the parade? Will you be wearing mets stuff? If so, are you suicidal? Are you sure?
That's all I've got for now, until tomorrow afternoon I will hopefully be able to avoid posting.
