OMG, I went tanning yesterday for 10 minutes and my whole body is itching today at work

The only reason I go tanning is because I workout nearly everyday. It's for better definition.
If Im gonna dedicate as much time and money into weightlifting as I do, I want to see as good of results as I can; thats why I go tanning.

My body starts itching if I get badly sunburned. It was so unbearable that I had to get up in the middle of the night to go to the local 24 hour drugstore to purchase a sunburn relief spray. If you're itching everywhere, it probably means you were under the tanning bed WAY too long.

I agree, that's why I was at Folly Beach last Saturday and Sunday. I got sunburned pretty bad, but still stayed "brown" and it does help with appearance when it comes to "definition".

The burn part sucks though because it itched like hell for a day or two.

But the beach with scantily clad ladies flirting with you sure beats being closed in a tanning booth anyday in my book.

I'd love to get to the beach and go tanning naturally, but unfortunatly, I dont have the time. 10 minute tanning at 3 or 4 times a week will do.

I go tanning once every 2 or 3 weeks. Not to look tan, but because it clears up my skin.
