technically its a business trip, but hey ive got to have free time...and if i do not, I just will not sleep instead

Vegas, Chicago, Dallas, OK City, ATL, and more I can't think of now.

Every business trip I've been on has for the most part been a great trip.
 
Yep... Denmark, Sweden, Norway, England, Germany, Spain, Iceland, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Hawaii, Bermuda, St. Martin, Panama, Cozumel, Portugal, Singapore, Madiera, Canada (can't remember the name--over on the east side). Oh, and San Diego.

No, I live in San Diego...every business trip I've been on has been to someplace suckier than here.

Are you kidding? Half the year the rest of the country is freezing cold yet I can surf in January or go on bike rides or drive 2 hours into the mountains to go skiing. It's not as muggy as back east nor do we have the pesky insects that the east coast has during the summer.

Well I love the weather too. There's still nothing to do. Being in suburban wasteland makes me lazy to drive too far.
 
San Diego is like worse than the Bay Area. Far less things to do....

SD is not exactly your definition of nice Socal weather. In fact LA is much hotter than SD. SD's temperatures is more like NorCal's...
 
Went to Pisa Italy for 4 months for work back in 2000, probably spent more time on the beach and socializing then working.
