Ok how fair is this I bought some hemp necklaces on ebay, and I get them in today and they are ichy and poorly put together, so I contact the person and they say they will not give me a refund, so i leave them bad feedback and they leave it for me....

I paid and did every thing on my end they did not deliver good quality, and I'm punished for it...Eh go figure.
 
if you've been ebaying for 6 years then you should already know "buyer beware"...

dont blame ebay for your troubles, they didnt make the hemp necklaces 😛
 
If you are buying from eBay, automatically assume it's a cheaper version of the item you want, so when you do actually get the cheapass item, you won't be disappointed. 😉

THat's precisely why, as a buyer, I never EVER leave feedback until a seller leaves it first. I know lots of sellers have the same policy, but that only means that they'll never get my feedback. Since ebay doesn't do jack about feedback retaliation, that's about all you can do.
 
I know it is buyer beware, but after eight diffrent times my money has been stolen from me and then this happends, Eh just don't care any more.
 
Eight times?? ebay has some crooks but eight times?? Wow, you have terrible luck. What kind of stuff are you buying? Any commodities that are favored by less reputable people?
 
I bid on people with over 10 good feedback no bad (1 bad FOR 50 good IS OK) and Have had hell of crappy luck, i have not used ebay in about 4 months then this happens...

Oh well, no matter.

Thing that sucks is most of the things I buy are over $30, so that added up...

You know, you should really think about whether the problem lies with ebay or yourself.

I mean after 8 mishaps, sounds like YOU don't know how to ebay properly.

Schfifty Five - Over six years only use paypal, over 400good on this and old account. I know how to use ebay.

I have been on Ebay for 7 years and the one negative I got was my fault... If you know who you are dealing with and open the lines of communication, you should do fine.

I'd imagine that everyone has had at least one bad experience with an eBay seller by now. The last product that I bought off of eBay took three weeks to ship, the product ended up being defective, and the guy didn't return my phone calls when I tried to return it. I had to open up a fraud complaint to eBay before I got his attention and got him to accept the product return. I can't wait to see how long it's going to take to get my money back... :|
