So I got up, toasted an everything bagel, slathered it with cream cheese, and popped into ATOT for a quick read before toddling back to bed.

Hope that sort of thing tends to minimize heartburn

:Q is there a difference? It's not a regular condition - I really do think the first bagel kicked it off, but I couldn't resist having a second one anyway. I will probably pay for that shortly.
