OMG, i almost died right now =(

Just about 1 min ago, I was sitting here doing my work and my neck is always tence so I started tilting it to the left, i got like 2 cracks then on the last one, OMG, I felt my entire nerves shake from the neck and it extended to both my arms, it was a slow and painful weird feeling vibration on the nerves or whatever it was. Tt felt sick and I thought I was going to die.

I've always been cracking my neck, but recently I have noticed these sharp pains that I get. This time it was extremely sharp, something that I've never felt before. am I going to die?

That's because your occipital lobe is in the back of your head, just above the medula oblongata. In other words, yer noodle's seein' part is right above where ya got shnocked. That's typical of people who get hit in the back of the head. Even if it's enough to put them under, they lose their sight before going unconscious. It's a weird feeling, huh!
