But it doesn't look like plastic surgery. I mean, he's still somewhat recognizable.

I liked him in the middle stage better.
 
A lot of hardwork and dedication. Good transformation, but definitely not mind blowing (lets see what he's like under the shirt... but looking at his arms, he's not that developed)... you want mind blowing, check out this guy: Thread at BB
